The jury’s critique: „The bold approach, which celebrates the vertical, is expressly commended. As a design that is not economically viable to build, the project remains an important contribution to the competition process.“
Kritik der Jury: „Gewürdigt wird ausdrücklich der mutige Ansatz, in dem die Vertikale zelebriert wird. Als nicht wirtschaftlich baubarer Entwurf bleibt das Projekt ein wichtiger Beitrag für das Wettbewerbsverfahren.“

TR: mein Ansatz ist: „Die Konstruktion geht über die Architektur hinaus. Konsequente städtebauliche Lösungen denken nicht nur an die Rendite des Investors, sondern auch an die Werschöpfung für die Öffentlichkeit. Ein Umdenken wird offensichtlich in die Zukunft vertagt……c.u.“
VM: my approach is: „The construction is the architecture and it saves money. Today architecture no longer plays a role. Only cubes are winning and than the developer puts loads of money in it, to prettify it. That’s the sad truth“
