The construction was fully taken over. Roof renovation (cold roof), basic renovation (drainage and waterproof concrete shell around the basement), demolition of old facade parts and demolition of floors and ceilings in the interior on own account, basic pipes for electricity, water, sewage, installations, air-to-air heat pump, new floor structures, carpentry work, drywall work on own account, painting, tiling, flooring on own account, moving in with the furniture from the old flat.
Facts and figures: approx. 200 m2 living space, 15 m2 technical room
Costs approx. 300,000 incl. fees.

Ausbau Alter Stadel in Kärnten
2020 – 2021. Die Konstruktion wurde voll übernommen. Dachsanierung (Kaltdach), Grundsanierung (Drainagierung und WU-Betonschale um das Souterrain), Abbruch alter Fassadenteile und Abbruch Böden und Decken im Innenraum in Eigenleistung, Grundleitungen Strom, Wasser, Abwasser, Installationen, Luft-Luftwärmepumpe, neue Bodenaufbauten, zimmermannsmäßiger Ausbau, Trockenbauarbeiten in Eigenleistung, Ausmalen, Verfliesen, bodenlegen in Eigenleistung, Einzug mit den Möbeln aus der alten Wohnung.
Zahlen und Fakten: ca. 200 m2 Wohnraum, 15 m2 Technikraum
Kosten ca. 300.000 inkl. Honorare.
